This medical breakthrough definitely is an indispensable contribution in the study and treatment of the disease.

The findings from this research were published in the Journal of Biological Chemistry. While Alzheimer's has no cure yet, this discovery serves as an important milestone in the understanding of the disease as well as in creating new drugs that could potentially treat this degenerative illness.
