Inspired by the frozen yogurt craze that started in Southern California and is quickly spreading across the US, Caribbean Cream is a delicious, cream blend of rare Chinese white teas, preserved papaya and pineapple and fresh yogurt pieces. This one is excellent hot or on ice. This is Ani's favorite!
Use 1 heaping tablespoon per cup of just under boiling (steaming) filtered or spring water and steep for 2 to 3 minutes.
