Green tea for health reasons. I think it has the most contents to help your metabolism and heart. Im addicted to the strong taste, I dont like any froo-froo added.

Lapsang Souchong. I believe this will help me quit smoking cigars. I get the flavor I want through this tea without the defects.

It really depends on my mood and the day and the weather, and well, everything! But I'd say in general I keep coming back to lightly roasted oolongs. They're so luxurious, and you get so many cups out of a single teaspoon. They go so far, I don't mind spending a bit more to make sure I get the best.

I drink different kinds of teas such as greentea, rooibos tea, mint tea, pu-er tea... etc
Among all, my favorite is the rooibos tea.
Since This tea is decaf, I drink it quite often like a water.

I like Barley Iced Tea. Not damai cha, but the unroasted barley with sugar syrup type you buy on a hot day. It has a milky color with fresh barley floating on the bottom.
Ginger tea is the best during the cold months.
