Green tea for health reasons. I think it has the most contents to help your metabolism and heart. Im addicted to the strong taste, I dont like any froo-froo added.

Lapsang Souchong. I believe this will help me quit smoking cigars. I get the flavor I want through this tea without the defects.

It really depends on my mood and the day and the weather, and well, everything! But I'd say in general I keep coming back to lightly roasted oolongs. They're so luxurious, and you get so many cups out of a single teaspoon. They go so far, I don't mind spending a bit more to make sure I get the best.

I drink different kinds of teas such as greentea, rooibos tea, mint tea, pu-er tea... etcAmong all, my favorite is the rooibos tea. Since This tea is decaf, I drink it quite often like a water.

I like Barley Iced Tea. Not damai cha, but the unroasted barley with sugar syrup type you buy on a hot day. It has a milky color with fresh barley floating on the bottom.Ginger tea is the best during the cold months.

I don't know that I could possibly pick one type of tea for my favorite! I do love green teas though. One of my favorite things about tea itself, would be the actual process of preparing it. I love the way the steam wafts off the water, the various colors of my tea depending on the type, the aroma, and the beautiful way it looks in my teapot!

You will LOVE it Elisha! It's so delicious and such a delicate flavor -- perfect. :)My favorite broad type of tea is roobios. I didn't discover it until my 20s, but it has the best flavor, according to my taste buds ;-)

  10. I too am in love with rooibos. Its so natural and healthy, definitely a feel good tea. It works well as a basis for our dessert teas like the Lemon Meringue Pie and Tiramisu.

I have different teas at different times of the day... I start my day out with a nice strong black tea (my overall favorite!), which I love with vanilla! Then as the day wears on, I'll switch to a green or white with pomegranate, acai berries or blueberries... Got to love those super fruits! In late afternoon I switch to a decaf... either black decaf or rooibos. Night time brings about different choices, due to chronic insomnia, RLS, menopausal sweats... I'll have an herbal blend with sage, for the night sweats or something with valerian root to help me sleep. For iced tea, my favorite is rooibos because it tastes so good and is caffeine free, so I can drink it anytime! I just ordered the Bedtime Chai II... I'll let you know how it works...
