I have used tea bags, infuser balls, infuser pots, two tea pots, and one teapot w/a strainer. I know there are several different systems on the market. It is wonderful. I have great tasting very clean tea. I enjoy having loose leaves in my tea, but this is great when I am lazy and dont feel like sorting through leaves. It is also great for people that arent used to loose leaf tea and it helps them get to enjoy something different to them. It is working great, and easy to clean. Only problem I can think of with it is that I wish it could hold more. Two cups is great for one person, but I usually serve others while I enjoy my tea.
