Bring a pot of mineral water to a boil and pour into a clear pot, vase or large glass. Drop a single handmade blooming tea ball into the hot water and let steep for 4 to 6 minutes until the flower blooms. Once the tea has fully bloomed the tea is ready to drink.

I bought a box and 9 of the 10 bloomed into a pretty basket. I used these for centerpieces for a birhtday party and it worked well. People couldnt figure it out until I told them it was tea you could drink too. It was a hit and a sure novelty. The delivery and service was great. The company answered my emails promptly. I would used them again.

The blooms are fun to watch unfold. Great craftsmanship. You can tell a lot of hard work has been labored over these. Mild flavor though. I added ginger and sugar and that seemed to spice things up a bit.
