With the same careful process as White Monkey Paw green tea, the tea leaves are hand picked with an artistic process to preserve the tea leaf form and then delicately steamed and dried. Peppery, malty, chocolatey. Everything I want from this style of tea. It gets expensive quickly, especially if you steep it with the recommended amount of leaf, but I just don’t care. Very smooth and mild. I usually prefer a stronger, although not overly strong. I have had teas that taste more like coffee and that is not very satisfying for me. rnThis does get a delightfully mild oat like taste to me. I find it very enjoyable for a late morning tea or possibly a nice after dinner.
