Pu-erh tea or Pu’er is a type of dark tea that has its origins in the Yunnan province of China. The fermentation process of pu-erh is unique to the rest. It’s typically fermented within a period of 30 to 40 days. Sometimes it may even take several years! This unique process gives it a different flavor and texture. But that’s not the only reason to try pu-erh tea. It’s packed with awesome health benefits to boot! It’s not everyday that you can say something healthy tastes so sinfully great.
