Our delicious Gingerbread Chai is a spicy mix of herbal Rooibos blended with fresh cut ginger, lemongrass and vanilla bean with a handful of cinnamon sticks, and fresh cardamom seeds.  Want a Gingerbread Cookie?  Just add steamed milk and rock sugar sprinkled on top!  Gingerbread Chai makes a perfect Christmas Tea and holiday tea.

Use 1-2 heaping tablespoons to each cup of boiling filtered water and steep for 5 minutes or more.  Unlike most teas, Rooibos can be steeped for longer, but only once.
