Drinking Green Tea Helps You Lose Weight...

Tea contains varying amounts of Vitamins A, B and C, as well as Folic Acid, Potassium and Manganese.  It is important to note that processed tea bags have lower amounts of nutrients and vitamins than our natural loose leaf teas.  The polyphenols in tea help with digestion of fatty food by increasing the flow of digestive juices.  Green tea is also thought to promote an increase in metabolism as an essential benefit that helps burn fat and lowers cholesterol in the body.
