This is another farmer's market favorite. We usually run out before noon! Lemon Meringue Pie is a comfort blend of fine rooibos tea, a handful of lemongrass, lemon preserves and vanilla bean bits. This tea is excellent hot or cold. Throw some mint leaves in the mix if you're going to have it on ice. Ani adds a small amount of Rose Petal Preserves to hers... mmmm
Use 1 or 2 heaping tablespoons of Lemon Meringue Pie to each cup of filtered water at a full boil and steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
