So my order was cancelled. I do not blame CTH though. You were even generous to offer 40% off. However since I have to put another hit on my credit card, I think i'll order from somewhere else. Nothing personal but another site has a tea I would like to try more. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise?
This was the first time I ever really thought of loose tea seriously, so I have to thank them for that. Tea will now become a daily drink for me.
I also would like to personally thank Will for answering my email questions about teapots.
i hear you. this mess is unfortunate. i might try to order again if samples were available? i am not going to spend $15-$30 plus each on teas that i have never tried. especially after this fiasco.
What exactly are we saying "thank you" for?
Well "I" am thanking them for opening my mind to new tea horizons. I never really made tea at home. When I did it was from a teabag and tasted awful. Before the mass cancellations, I emailed Will various teapot questions. He replied in a prompt and informative fashion. That's what i'm thankful for.
The opportunity to have our orders cancelled?
I wanted free tea just as the next person. All they did was cancel an order for $0.00 This is not a major ordeal for me. Why should I complain about not getting something which cost me $0.00. I'm not out money and the only thing wasted was 10 minutes of time. The only thing lost was 10 minutes and a potential repeat customer.
