    Ever had your tummy aching after eating? :huh: If so, here's a simple homemade remedy: Drink a cup of peppermint tea. It helps reduce gas production, and saves you from that really awful smell. :silly:

  4. I use just about 1 tsp of tea on a cup of hot water for around 8 minutes. B)

    Pu'erh is also a good choice. It can really speed up the metabolism and help you digest faster after a greasy meal. Try it sometimes.
