I know that there are certain teas and herbs to promote calmness and sleep... Rooibos, Chamomile, Valerian, etc. and that sage helps with menopausal hot flashes and night sweats, and as a menopausal, chronic insomniac, this is great news! However, I also suffer from Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS), which exacerbates the insomnia for me and keeps my husband awake. Is there a tea or herb that helps with those symptoms?
