Daughter Ring is another California Tea House private stock.  A wonderful green tea from the Yunnan provence of China. Individual buds are hand selected from the 'Yunan' tea plant variety and carefully hand-rolled into a lovely ring appearance.  Daughter ring has a smooth, fresh taste and high aroma.

We recommend using 6 to 8 rings of Daughter Ring to one cup of just below boiling water.  Steep time with our high quality greens should be kept under 3 minutes, but you can also do 3 or 4 short steeps of about 1 minute each to maximize flavor and keep the tea from having a over-cooked or burnt flavor.
