Inspired by the frozen yogurt craze that started in Southern California and is quickly spreading across the US, White Melon Yogurt is a delicious, cream blend of rare Chinese white teas, white melon preserves and dried yogurt pieces.  This one is excellent hot or on ice.  This is Ani's favorite! 

Use 2 heaping tablespoons per cup of just under boiling (steaming) filtered water and steep for 2 to 3 minutes.
