For those down-home, fresh fruit lovers in need of a little spice, we created our delicious Apricot Chai. We start with fine, full-leaf black tea and add real peach and apricot preserves. Next we mix in a handful of citrus peels and vanilla bean bits and top it off with fresh-cut ginger root and cloves for added zing. It's amazing!
Use 2 heaping teaspoons of Apricot Chai for each cup of just under boiling mineral water for 2 to 4 minutes. Like all spicy chai tea, a little milk and sugar really brings it home...
