Introducing our new 2nd Flush, Organic Darjeeling, also known as the champagne of teas.  Our Darjeeling is grown at the Seeyok Tea Estate in the Mirik Valley of Darjeeling, India.  This USDA organically certified Darjeeling is the finest quality tea and we are doing everything we can to keep it at a nice price (You'll find this exact tea at other shops starting at $28 for 4oz!).  Seeyok Darjeeling has a natural aroma of fruit and muscat for those who love dessert wine.

Use 1 level tablespoon of Darjeeling per cup of mineral or filtered water at a full boil and steep for 3 minutes.
